Les Mills

Les Mills have come and gone. And I'm back to my normal schedule! Yay! It has been really tiring and also physically draining, but it was a good experience. Atleast now I got to know a few Master Trainers and all. Cool! 2 new Master Trainers came down this time. One is a blond woman but really BIG and fit. I forgot her name but she's really nice and friendly (b'cause she said the sound system was AWESOME..). She did Bodyattack and Bodyjam. The other Master Trainer is Andrew. He did Bodypump.. super hot! Hehe..

Les Mills in the making...
Friday & Saturday: We unloaded all the stepboards, mats and weights on Friday. We had to wipe all the weights (..cleaners at your service..). Haha.. On Saturday, we moved everything from the storeroom to the Hall. It was a really tough day but we made it through. *phew*

In the Loading Bay... very hot in there!
Mats.. one box weighed 14kg. Sifu and I carried all.. we're strong.. I know. Haha!!
The Reebok Stepboards. (psst... Sifu still looks stylish...)
Behind the scenes... dirty stuff in the storeroom.. gross!
The Real Thing...
Sunday: Finally, it begins! I was in KLCC at 6.30am. Early you say? Hah! The Master Trainers came around 7am-7.30am. The instructors/participants came around 7.30am-8am. (normally, I would be sleeping at that time). Hehe.. And so, the workshop started with Bodyattack, followed by Bodycombat, Bodystep, Bodypump, Bodyjam and Bodybalance. I snapped a few pics.. enjoy!
Bodycombat.. even the instructors were fighting! Haha.. Singaporean Presentors..
Come on, upper-cut.. punch! kick! fly!!
Our Audio System.. Ben and Annie were the djs.. get this party started!
Les Mills banner.. quite old. Hope they change it soon.. heh..
7.45am.. people coming in..
The Hot bodypump presentor (Andrew).. hehe.. I like!
Reebok Stepboard.. 150 of 'em.
Bodypump workshop. The most participants..
Bodystep.. a very blur pic. Can you spot Klevin, Shirlyn and Jeremy?Combat Kick.. nice pic but still blur..
And that's about it folks... it was seriously tiring. Although it was stressful and all, I am still looking forward to the next workshop (I think Sifu will kill me now!) Haha.. But anyway, everything turned out okay lah I suppose. The Presentors liked the sound system. They said it is the best among the other workshops. Tee hee.. I didn't take any pics during Bodyattack, Bodyjam and Bodybalance though. There were too few participants and too many movements during Bodyattack, so I couldn't get a nice shot. I was partying with the participants during Bodyjam and I was sleeping during Bodybalance (boring!). Hahaha..
Till the next workshop (november)... au revoir!
