College

My first day in college.. how boring! I didn't get to meet new people too because of the briefing sessions. I can't even play games tomorrow because our classes start tomorrow! I thought the orientation is for one whole week. Tricked us! Cruel! Haha..
Well, now that I'm in college, I hope that I will still have time to go to the gym and teach some classes. The timing seems to be quite okay at the moment. I can't go for Sifu's class on Monday and Wednesday anymore.. sniff sniff..
Tomorrow I got to make some new friends.. hopefully I can get to know the whole class! It'll be more fun if you know everybody. I won't be joining any clubs too. They have so few clubs.
I hope that everything will go smoothly from tomorrow onwards and that I will get good marks all the way. Pray for me okay people! Catch ya all later..
Soph out!

FISAF Day Three and Four
0 comments

Well, yesterday was my third day and today is my last. It is really tiring to sit in a chair the whole day just listening to someone lecture for hours. My body is tired because I have not exercised for four days straight. Haha.. can you imagine? Not exercising for four days can make my body tired? My body has not been moving for four days so it became mechanic. Haha..
Nothing much really happened yesterday. It was like the first day, very boring! Heh.. this guy Perlin Loke thought us about Warm-up and Cool-Down and Flexibility training. I only like the flexibility training part because there was a practical session. At least I could get up and do something. We went home earlier in the end. It was suppose to end at seven, but we went home at six fifteen because some of us were already sleeping in class.
Today was also quite boring but more fun than yesterday. Haha.. don't get it? Me too. We had more practical sessions today. It was quite fun because we had to do some fitness test on one another, blood pressure test using the ancient technology (haha), lifting dumbells and all, test our core conditions and other stuff. Other than that, our normal lectures. We went back slightly late and had to Powerwalk all the way to the LRT station. I was practically running because Daniel walked really super fast. He was walking and I had to run to catch up. Short legs! But I'm happy. Tee hee..
And finally, we are finished with our Core level. Now to do the test and move on to the next level. I hope we pass the test! Pray for me okay..!

FISAF Day Two
0 comments

Another exciting and boring day has passed. Well, today was much better than yesterday - good thing! Irene thought us about muscles. My goodness! There are so many things to learn. So many scientific names to remember and so many techniques to memorize. Even worse, they had trick questions and it will come out in the test! Argh! My brains are hurting. I hope that I will pass the test. But it's really good that I'm learning all this. I feel so educated and smart. Atleast when I do bodypump, I will know the correct technique and which muscles am I using. Very good!
What did I have for lunch? Hmmm? Oh yeah, DIM SUM! Haha.. I was reluctant to join them at first (Ronnie, Nixon, Grace, John and Daniel) but I didn't want to eat those healthy sandwiches, so I tagged along. In the end, Daniel paid for me. So nice and sweet! Thank you very bery much!
I was so full and it made me a bit sleepy. Heh.. so don't eat too much before a long lecture. Especially for someone who doesn't drink coffee!
After lunch, we had three more topics to cover before we can hit home. The first one was General Principles or Exercise Programming. It was quite boring. Later on we closed with Communication Skills and Professional Ethics with Simone as our lecturer. She was nice and a bit fun. Atleast it didn't make me fall asleep. Tee hee..
And that wraps it up for today. Tomorrow will be quite an exciting day since we have some warm-up and cool-down exercises. That is all.. tata for now!

FISAF Day One
0 comments

Hello! My FISAF course started today. I took the LRT with Daniel to Renaissance Hotel. It was a very hot trip. And when I say hot, it's literally hot. I was sweating like crazy! It was as if I just finished Sifu's class!
The course was held in Sweat Club Fitness, Renaissance Hotel. It was quite an okay place. A very relaxed environment. We had to sit two-by-two in two rows. So I sat beside who else but Daniel. Nixon and Ronnie sat in front of me. The other people are unknown to me but everyone was really friendly. I was surprisingly really quiet throughout the whole class, even lunch time! Hah! Soph, quiet? Hmmm..? How strange! Haha.. yes yes, I was really quiet because I don't really know everyone well enough to make noise. Later they complain I so kacau. Haha..
The lectures were really good. I could understand them but not the notes in my book. Oh don't worry, I have my good friend the Dictionary to help me. I think lasting through my lectures in college won't be a big problem to me anymore since I had to sit in that room for seven hours with only one hour of lunch break. My back and butt was aching. Never have I been happier to walk.
I had to run from Renaissance Hotel to the LRT station in the rain. Actually it was drizzling lah but still had to run in to so many puddles of water. This girl called Grace walked me to the LRT station but after that I was on my own. She stopped in KL Sentral and I carried on to Kelana Jaya station. In the LRT alone made me feel independent! Hah!
So I guess that's about it for today.. Hoping that tomorrow will be a better and more exciting day.

Last Christmas
0 comments

Every Christmas service, we "ladies" love to play dress-up. We would call each other and ask whether we should wear this or that, what color matches what color, this accessory matches which outfit and all sorts of questions. It's quite fun actually. Haha.. Here are the pictures we took last Christmas.

A Miracle!

For those who still don't know, my wonderful sister is pregnant! The older one, not Sophira. Haha.. Doctor said it's going to be a girl. Another girl in the family! If I were to name her, it would be Elizabeth Winangun Yu Lang. Hahaha.. Lang means pretty in cantonese and Elizabeth is a nice classy name. Hmmm.. don't you think it sounds nice? Tee hee..
I started shopping for some baby stuff and then found little baby socks in Nike. It was 6 for rm25. Quite cheap hor? For a branded item lah.
I will be called the Nike Aunty since I will be pampering the baby with Nike things. What a nice aunty don't you think so? Ke ke ke..
So that's about it for the baby part. I will update you when the baby is born. I hope she looks like me! Hahaha...
